CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations are charged in full to respect the reserved time and preparation.

PAYMENT:

Payment is required 2 days before the session to confirm your attendance and secure your time slot, ensuring the appointment is fully reserved for you.

TIME:

Each individual session lasts 50–60 minutes, giving enough space for deep exploration, emotional processing, and meaningful therapeutic progress without feeling rushed.

Sessions can be held online through Google Meets, allowing you to choose the format that feels most comfortable and accessible for your needs.
Group Therapy is available offline in my Limassol premises.
